Badass Book Blurbs – Partner Program Agreement

1. Commission & Payout Structure

Commission Rate: Partners earn a 30% commission on the gross sale price of every completed referral.

Payment Structure: This is a one-time payout applied strictly to the initial package purchase.

All Sales Final: Badass Book Blurbs maintains a strict no-refund policy on all creative services.

Payout Schedule: Earnings are distributed on the 7th of each month for commissions generated in the prior calendar month.

Minimum Threshold: Partners must accumulate a minimum balance of $20 in earnings to trigger a payout.

Payout Method: All disbursements are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal via the GoHighLevel Affiliate Manager.

2. Eligible Services & Tracking

Fiction Blurbs: Sales of creative, hook-driven book descriptions across all fictional genres.

Non-Fiction Blurbs: Sales of benefit-focused, persuasive descriptions for educational and informational books.

Author Bios: Sales of professional, platform-building back-cover biographies.

Bundled Packages: Any combination package tracking at the standard 30% rate.

Cookie Lifespan: Tracking cookies remain active for 45 days from the user's initial click.

Attribution: The last-click system determines referral credit.

3. Promotional Guidelines & Restrictions

No Brand Bidding: Partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on "Badass Book Blurbs" or variations in search engine advertising.

No Self-Referrals: Partners may not use their own tracking links to purchase services for themselves.

FTC Compliance: Partners must include a clear, conspicuous affiliate disclosure alongside any promotional links.

No Results Guarantees: Partners may not promise specific sales figures, bestseller status, or external outcomes to clients.

4. Term & Termination

Indefinite Term: This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the program and continues indefinitely until terminated.

Termination at Will: Either party may terminate this partnership at any time, with or without cause, via written notice.

Policy Violations: Any fraudulent activity, self-referral, or violation of marketing rules results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
